Students, Faculty & Staff
How much is a parking permit for students, faculty, and staff? Parking permits are free for currently enrolled students, faculty, and staff.
How do students and employees obtain a parking permit? Go to the FHDA Permit Store (iParq) and sign in using your FHDA CWID and password. Do not create a new account. Your CWID login will automatically link to your FHDA account. After signing in, select the pre-approved Student or Employee permit, add your vehicle information, complete checkout, and save your order confirmation.
Can I register more than one vehicle? Yes. Students, faculty, and staff may register multiple vehicles to their account. However, only one vehicle registered under the same account may be parked at any Foothill-De Anza District campus at a time. Vehicles parked simultaneously under the same account may be subject to parking citations.
How do I add or update a vehicle? Sign in to the FHDA Permit Store using your CWID and password. Select Account, then View Permits, and use the option to add a new vehicle. Carefully verify all vehicle and license plate information before saving.
Can employees request parking passes for visitors or guests? Yes. Employees may use the "Pass Request for Visitors & Guests" option on the Parking Permit tile through the FHDA portal dashboard to submit a request through the District's visitor and guest pass request process. How does a visitor or guest obtain a daily permit? Visitors and guests use the FHDA Visitor Permit Store (iParq). An account is not required. How many dates can a visitor select at one time? Visitors without a pre-approved code may select up to five dates at a time in the visitor permit system.
What if a visitor or guest has a pre-approved complimentary parking code? Enter the pre-approved code in the Pre-Approval Search at the top of the visitor permit page and select Search. Follow the prompts to register the vehicle and complete the permit process.

Vehicle Information & Citations
What vehicle information is required? The permit system requires vehicle information including license plate, state, year, color, make, model, and vehicle type.
What happens if I enter my license plate incorrectly? It is very important to enter your license plate accurately. A typo or incorrect license plate number will result in a parking citation. Citations issued because vehicle information was entered incorrectly will not be dismissed.
Can more than one vehicle on the same permit account be parked on campus at the same time? No. Only one registered vehicle under the same account may be parked on a Foothill-De Anza District campus at a time. Vehicles parked simultaneously under the same account will be cited.

No. A digital parking permit does not override posted parking restrictions, including timed spaces, staff-designated areas, accessible parking requirements, or other parking regulations. Always follow posted signs and parking rules.
